2018 is already going by really fast, which means that it is time for the February newspaper story issue! For this month’s issue, I am talking about Mrs. Anderson, a sixth grade English teacher. Last year, I had her as an English teacher.

A little bit of her background is that she has two kids, one in college, one in high school. She likes to help kids out and put them at the highest learning stage they can be at and set them different goals knowing they can achieve them. Mrs. Anderson’s favorite part of teaching English is doing different projects and seeing how creative her 6th graders can get. When she was young and in middle school, she loved English, including helping kids with different assignments and seeing improvement throughout the years of English.

Mrs. Anderson went to college in the first place for a degree in law, but then as she started, she realized that she wanted to get a masters for teaching. Once she started teaching, she loved it, and will do it as long as she can!
