There are a variety of yummy recipes for the fall season that are super affordable and easy to make, so let’s jump right in!

First there is an amazing pumpkin gingerbread loaf that is great to make on special occasions, cozy fall mornings, or just a Friday night! It contains 13 simple ingredients.

Pumpkin Gingerbread Loaf

  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs, ⅔ cups of water
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  •  ½ teaspoon baking powder

Those are all the ingredients for this tasty dessert to enjoy during the harvest season or any other time of the year for that matter!

The second yummy recipe for fall is roasted pumpkin seeds and there are just 3 easy ingredients! They are…

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1 ½ cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of melted butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

So easy right! Once you have all of your ingredients ready, preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Toss the seeds into a bowl with melted butter and salt, spread the seeds into a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes until golden brown, then stir occasionally. That is it, isn’t it just the easiest recipe and it is so tasty!

The last recipe on this delicious list is for yummy popcorn balls. This treat requires just 6 ingredients! The ingredients are…
