The Biggest Loser Diet is a diet where you “Make sure you have one fruit or vegetable at every meal, and then eat one more as a snack.Limit your whole grain consumption to two servings a day. Don’t eat more than 200 calories a day of ‘extras’ like desserts or sugar drinks.” There is also a club for people who want to join.” This transformation will change your life.” This diet can make you eat close to nothing we need food to live. 

This diet has its pros and cons.

The pros are: 

  • Lower chance of getting type 2 diabetes, heart disease, low blood pressure, and some cancers. You get a lower chance of getting all of theses by eating less but more healthier food.

The cons are:

  • you eat less and less until you eat close to nothing.

Some of the costs are the food that you need to buy to complete this diet for example: Bananas, carrots, and others.

The history behind this diet is the TV show, The Biggest Loser. The show was about losing weight, it is the same as the TV show but with no cameras.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this diet to anyone who wants to lose weight.
