South Beach Diet

The South Beach Diet may be a standard weight-loss diet created in 2003 by heart surgeon, Arthur Agatston and first made public in his popular book, “The South Beach Diet.” The plan is arranged for quick and Healthy Weight Loss.” The South Beach Diet may be an industrial weight-loss diet. The South Beach Diet, that is called when an exciting space of Miami, is usually known as a changed low-carbohydrate diet. The South Beach Diet is lower in carbs (carbohydrates) and better in macro-molecule and healthy fats than may be a typical ingestion arrange. However it is not a strict low-carb diet, and you do not need to count carbs. 

The cost depends on which site you will decide to order from, but if you decide to buy food from the grocery store, depending on how many weeks you decide to do the diet, but one week is about $20-$30. The South Beach Diet is a popular diet that takes you through phases. During Phase one, you’ll cut out virtually all carbohydrates to get rid of bloat and “reboot” your body, during Phase two, you’ll slowly start adding carbohydrates back in

to your body, and by phase three, you’re expected to have met your goal weight and learned new healthy eating habits. The South Beach Diet claims to make you feel less hungry and contribute to a number of good health outcomes, including lower triglycerides and blood glucose; lower blood pressure, higher HDL, among others. Like other fad diets, the South Beach Diet involves cutting down radically on a particular food group … our old friend, the carb. Although Agatston states that: “The South Beach Diet is not low carb. Nor is it low fat”, dieters will see for themselves that it is actually both of these things. Carbohydrates are restricted to what Dr. Agatston calls ‘good carbs’. These are carbs found in foods such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. My opinion on this diet is it is ok as long as you don’t take it to a risky level. Sometimes you need a cheat day, were you have a little bit of carbs. It is not healthy to cut everything out.
